Turning

Piece, small series and medium series production on the latest CNC lathes with driven tools that have workpiece diameter up to 250 mm. Extensive experience in working conventional steels such as shafts, camshafts, flanges, etc. We also provide working of hardly machinable materials such as titanium and its alloys. At the same time we offer machining of all types of plastics.

Milling

Our portfolio contains milling of piece, small series and medium series components. We offer milling of plane and 3D surfaces of all available materials such as conventional steels, milling of hardly machinable materials and all types of plastics on 3-axis machining centers. For the purpose of efficient production small series components are worked on conventional milling machines.

Material Cutting

The company also offers cutting of materials supplied by you with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm on automatic band saws equipped with speed control. Within short delivery periods we cut metals and plastics with diameter up to 290. Pendulum saws are adjustable to set the cutting angle up to 60° and this allows the supplied material to be cut at an angle.

Assemblies

There is an option to construct complete assembly or sub-assembly such as special types of dedicated devices with previously consulted drawing documentation that is provided by you. These machines are assembled by qualified employees with years of experience in accordance with the drawing documentation.
